Trunk space

Has anyone ever dropped someone off or picked somone up at the airport with their TL? How much luggage were you able to fit in the trunk? It seems like only one big luggage will able to fit in the trunk and that's it.

I managed to squeeze a large suitcase and small carry-on. Trunk is pretty tight.

Don't know the size/dimensions of the case. It's the normal large suitcase. Best I can describe it. LOL

Small ...

I could put 1 medium-large suitcase inside, two carry-on (regular and small) in the front, and another carrying bag asides.

As long as my golf clubs fit, I'm good to go.

Let's see, when picking up the kids for the weekend after a business trip, I've had:

A carry-on roller suitcase, my briefcase, two back packs, the umbrella, two kids-size roller suitcases, a violin, with enough room leftover for probably another roller or two.

Went grocery shopping the other day and had a 20 lb. bag of charcoal, 18 lbs. of kitty litter, 15 lbs. of wood smoking chunks(mesquite), 10 grocery bags, 2 twelve-packs (diet coke, for the wife), 2 bottles of wine, and a 1.75 of Gin (for me ).

I think the trunk is well sized for the car, though lacks the complete fold down seats of my RSX-S. But, that's why she drives a Pilot...

You know, the best overall test of carrying capacity is Car and Driver: They see how many cases of long-necks they can load in the back!! Maybe they'll do that soon for the TL.

Wait a minute, if you've got NAVI, you lose about 2 cubic feet in the trunk. So you could only get 3 1/2 dead bodies in there.

How many 22.5"x 29.5"x 10.2" suitcases do you think will fit? I'm trying to avoid putting anything on the seats.
