Trunk location Rattle?
Has anyone figued out what the rattle in the back end of the car is?
Is it the trunk location?
Sounds like the spare is loose.
Any ideas?

Can you be more specific? It does not sound like that.
When I go over a speed bump and the rear end is hitting the bump is when I hear a thump or cling sound. Not when I go over with the front tires.

You could call it "the trunk lid place where you put your hand to close it", but handle is easier to use. When the trunk is open, look up about 12" in from the right hand edge of the trunk, and you will see the place to put your hand so you don't have to touch the painted part of the trunk lid to close it, and leave fingerprints, etc.
