Transmission reset

Hey everyone,! I just bought a 2007 tlt was shifting really hard and it felt as if it were shifting at the wrong times, so I did the key on hold the gas pedal for 35 seconds routine to see if resetting the transmission would help and it did, it made a huge difference but then after about 50 miles the transmission started I'm assuming telling itself it was in neutral because it would be in drive but shifting in and out of it, I stopped put it in park started driving again then eventually it would go into neutral again. Any suggestions or solutions?

Start by changing your trans fluid. Videos are ubiquitous.
