I just bought my TL a month ago. Today I was searching around the forum, and happened to bump into a this old for sale thread with pics and description that looked like my car.

Then searching for more threads by the OP I found this post, I realized, that is my car! How do I know? The pics in the thread showed a license plate that's the same as mine, in WA state, the license plate is sold with the car.

Looks like the one of the previous owner of my car was a member here Midnight_TL. Reading some of his threads, seems like he took good care of car. So I'm really glad about that.

Although there was 1 more owner before me that did not take of the car as well, but nothing I can't take care of with a little TLC

Anyways, just thought I share what I searched up today, glad to be here on Azine

that is amazing Its good to see that you found the prior owner. Midnight_tl was a good member and he was one of the few that started out with the blackout trend if I'm correct along with a few other members. Is the car still modded with the DVD conversion and stuff?

Yeah, I am glad to have found the history too.

The car is still modded to some extent.

- The A-Spec package is still on with the exception of the suspension, the owner between us put in lowering springs, so the car is much lower now
- Backup cam is still there, but it was disconnected when I bought it, I had to rewire the system to get it working again
- IPod hook up and Magnaflow Resonator is still there
- 07 tails are still on
- 6000k HIDs are there

I'm not sure if the Comptech Rear Sway Bar is still there, I don't know where to look.

I wish the 07 switchblade key was still there, but the car was actually repo'd from the last owner and auctioned off. I had to get a new set of keys and remotes. It was also missing the spare tire and floor mats too, but I picked those things up for pretty cheap. I'm glad I got a really good deal on the car too

I paid $17k for it. I bought it from a dealer that got the car from an auction. The car had 30k miles on it when I got it.

I wouldn't mine finding the young man that bought my old TSX. It sold the day after I traded it for the TL-S. I did some mods he may not ever find, such as the up window mod. I gave my info to the sale rep to give to the new owner but never heard anything from him. Not sure if he's a member here or not. To the OP, glad you found some history on your ride.
