Got one last week and touched up a couple nicks yesterday.

It's OK. Not great, just OK.

My suggestion is to just get a *little* paint on it, let it dry, get a second "coat" and let it dry. If it's not filled in add another layer.

If you've got a polishing compound, might help to polish that area after the paint is cured to smooth it out a little.

GL.

(BTW - my nicks were primarily on edges, so not very noticable in the 1st place).

i used it to hide some rock chips and all ive got to say is use it sparingly. that shit dries quick and looks horrible if you dont use but wats needed. It works well to hide the chips from afar but of course u can always tell u painted it when some where close.

yea from up close the mark up looks ehh but it depends on how long its been there. I got the pen about a year ago and used it on the back bumper now u can barely see any marks and the paints lasted. Its a brush on one side pen on the other....depends on what ur touching up...just dont paint the car with it.

Have to be honest... I got the pen/touch up brush for my WDP TL. The paint is a perfect match but it takes probably 4-5 coats to completely fill a scratch, and it's pretty uneven. It's better than not doing anything at all, but from about 7 feet and closer you can tell that it's just a quick touch-up job.

I want to find out where to get one of those micro painter 'picks' the detailer guy used one, its like a little pick that you fill with paint and it has a needle tip that releases just a tiny amount of paint precisely

I apply the touch-up paint to a tooth pic, then apply it to the chip/scratch,cause the pen part didn't work, it seemed to work just fine as well!

Tell the dealer your paint color and they will sell you one for like $8
