Anyone knw where to get a 04 Acura TL Decklid Spoiler??...i checked hondaacuraworld and they charging $310.00 but thats in the states so i wudn end up paying a lot more including all these taxes and shipping..so im looking for a local place to get it...i live around Scarborough/Markham...plz lemme knw

Check acura woodbine. I think they quoted me around 540 for the lip and 612 for the wing.

I think I wanna get the lip. Just haven't looked into it further yet as I just got the tints and the stereo is going to be done this week.

After that i'll probably do the spoiler.

try acura markham or acura east. I know cost on the lip spoiler is like 322CAD so you still might be better off with hondaacuraworld. If your looking for the lip spoiler i know that it's way cheaper to order the 07 type-s one and it fits perfectly on the 04-06. for the 07 lip in WDP part # is 74900-SEP-A20ZC and is 100 USD from www.acuraoemparts.com so with shipping and what not it will be significantly cheaper.

checked with my dealer here in Ottawa and their cost for the 2007 type S lip is $352.00 but they sell for $200 more than that + install. That's over $600

If u find a place cheaper than that...lemme know.

Hi Guys, i just want you guys to know that the Type S spoiler is listed at only around $140 for part, Make sure you check a couple dealers because i think they're starting to try to rip ppl off knowing that the Type S is a lot cheaper and they can make a nice profit from it. The reason why the Type S spoiler is cheaper is because it is considered a replacement part and not an accessory, Good luck!

Ask for a 07 TL Type-S trunk lid spoiler and you will get the right part.

Some guy in St. Catharines picked it up for low-mid 100

While you are there you can also pickup the TL Type-S tails both for about CAD 186.82 including taxes!!!

Guys in US are paying USD 197.00 and they consider it a great deal. I guess because the TLS came out here later than them the part is actually cheaper cuz its new or maybe there made here.

Guy at parts desk said that they would be almost 2 or 3x the price in 3 months!

I already picked up my parts and will be installing them soon.

yup, i got my set of Type S tails for $140 tax in and delivered from a dealer in st catherins and the spoiler cost $120 tax and delivery too so look around, they're really well priced in Canada

ohh yea right..imma call erin mills right away and see if i can get that deal too..and what exactly do you guys mean by TL typeS tails??...u mean the tail lights?..if yes..lemme knw if the 07 typeS tail lights would fit onto the 04 TL(not typeS)

Ya I just installed them last night on my 04 non Aspec TL.

TL-S tails are exactly the ones in the pic u posted above

They look great! You just need to buy the tail light.

Parts you will need from the old tails:

1) LED Assembly with its harness

2) Turn Signal bulb

3) Foam lining that goes around the led assembly.

And ofcourse you will need to take the bumper off

Just to jump in and state something. Says you have an SSM........so they stopped making SSM in 2004. If you get the 05-07 part there might me a slight color variance because of the ASM color replacement, so just be aware of that.

yea i tlked to the dealer and he said it'll cost be $149 for the spoiler and he said i cud get it painted satin silver which would cost me another $140 and i was good until then..and then he said how i need some springs to be changed and things like that and he said he wouldnt install the spoiler on da car cause the 07 spoiler doesnt come with the templete to drill the holes and things...so does anyone knw a shop in toronto where they can install it?

Those are some good prices indeed. Is that a special price or can I get that even though I bought my tl somewhere else?

CTL52, is the $147 taxes in for the lip @ erin mills? Anyone that I should ask for specifically over there???

p.s. I am planning to go to Toronto in a couple of weeks to get my 06 NBP tinted so I will stop by Erin mills and pick up the lip then. And maybe even the tails too !!

Spoiler was 169.69 including taxes and the two tails were 182.35 including taxes.

Phil 17 got hooked up good with some St. Catharines dealership, you might want to look into that.

My next mod is to buy the side markers or I might just smoke them out myself.

I was thinking about Thornhill but now that some of the guys here are thinking otherwise, I might not get such a great deal anymore. lol If ur interested, lemme know and I will talk to Rich @ thornhill to se if we can still get a deal without 5 guys. Also, I hear FX is also a good place.

BTW, is it me or is $100+ too much to swallow for just 2 side markers??? dealer said they were $85 each..ouch

My ebay decklid spoiler ($160 painted and $20 for shipping) is still holding up solid after about 50,000 miles, two harsh winters and a thousand rain storms.

Best $180 investment I've made yet on this car .. (err... well, maybe the AEM CAI was ... debateable)

Side markers are quite pricey. I will try to smoke them out myself.

FYI...Acura has raised the price of the spoiler in the U.S. to more than 2x because they caught on. It might happen here real soon. Get all the parts u want.

I get all my cars done from Tint King and all my buddies as well.

They do a good job.

yeye..i got mine tinted at Tint King at midland and lawrence still...he'll hook you up if you take like three cars to get done at once...

About the decklit spoiler and type s tails..those prices are correct at erin mills..you have to ask specifically for the 2007 Acura TL type-S though...

And yhe im not very handy with tools and things...so does anyone knw a place where i cud get the decklit spoiler installed here in T.O, because dealer wont do it cause the 07 spoiler doesnt come with the templete..
