Tl V. Tl-S

My family is considering the TL as its next car and my dad asked me about the type S model, i dont really know much about it and i didnt want to miss inform him so im hoping someone can help me out on this forum. What are the differences between the TL and Tl-S? Thanks alot.

I just checked it out mins ago, the TLS is an amazing car, 3.5L 286HP compare to 3.2L 258HP. I think that is the major different. One thing i am not sure is whether or not it is FWD. That is wat i am more concern, if it is something else beside fwd, i will definitely save $$ for it.

The one thing I did notice that I have not seen discussed is that on the acura.com website the photo of the radio shows "AUX" next to the XM logo for the selection button. Maybe this means the next years TL will have a plug for iPod or other such device?
