I have a 3rd gen 2007 TL Type S. Both headlights have condensation in them. I’m eventually going to remove the bumper and tel them off. But my question is, so they have a vent (vent tube) and where on the headlights are they located?

 

There is no vent on the TL headlights iirc.

 

If it's not actual water intrusion, try opening the rear bulb cover to toss some new dessicant packs in.
Also face toward to sun and open a bulb socket to allow the humid air to escape.
