TL Type S exhaust

so my friend is giving me his tl type s dc exhaust and i was wondering if it fits on a regular tl bumper 04 bumper

Not sure what DC means but the type-S factory Quad exhaust tips will not fit with the 2004-2006 bumper. You will need to cut it, and you can make it look nice with the TL Type-S Rear A-Spec kit.

measure! take measuring tape and measure the width of the exhaust tips, then measure the opening of the base exhaust cut out. and you should have your answer!
