TL? TSX? TL Type S?
I have driven all three, and the TSX is by far the least impressive. It's a fine car, but honestly it completely reminds me of driving a honda accord.
It's nicer, stylish - but the TL/TLS blow it away for driving experience.
The TLS has fantastic handling/steering and acceleration which I love compared to the TL.

I guess I am not done yet. It turns out the car I bought was last seen in the Acura dealership for service back in 2009. It had 100,000 miles on it back then. Now 3 years later it has 50,000 miles. The guy who sold it to me used a false name but fortunately I was able to find someone who recognized the guy and the police are on it.
btw, TL-S all the way.

Sorry that happened to you. Hopefully the cops will take this guy out.
everytime i want to go test drive a tsx i always think of the extra power that the tl has
anyways, i was chatting with another member and this is his response

because I don't see why you wouldn't just buy an RSX Type-S at that point. Why buy a TSX? It's more compact than a TL but nowhere near the ride quality, and still weighs a lot when you consider the K24 in it. It is slooowwww. Car and Driver rated it highly in 2004/2005 but 2006 and on it started to fall behind the competition.
TSX's just weren't a good market segment. Let's assume we're buying a brand new car with 0 miles for a second: why wouldn't you just buy a loaded, decked out EX-L Honda Accord V6 at that point? 244 hp available in a 6-speed manual for the same price as a TSX.
As far as I'm concerned, they fill an unattractive gap between an RSX-S/Civic Si and a TL.
The only reason I could see a TSX is if you wanted fuel economy but still wanted an Acura label.
I guess they handle well enough, but are you really going to auto-cross a TSX? I doubt it.
i just can't get into that kind of nonsense. The price-point of used TSX's is very reminiscent of the late-model Honda Preludes - wayyyy overpriced considering what you could get for the same amount or just 1-2k more.

Same thing as the Lexus IS250. The used cars are so expensive.
Thanks for the input. I showed my wife how you all claimed she would love the TL but she loves her TSX soooo I bought my daughters the 2011 Civic EXL. I got what I believe to be a fantastic deal and expect it will only depreciate about $1000/year over the next 4 or 5 years where as the TL would probably loose about 3 or 4000/year.

But have you really considered all options?
