I raced my buddys after leaving port allen from IFO and i was impressed by how my car stood against these 2dr rwd's

the first one i raced was a ap2 s2000 with v2 aem cai

- went from a 60mph roll and hit it from there on a straight-a-way. we were neck to neck for 2 sec. then he starts pullin on me and im like damn damn damn but the race still goes on and and in my 3rd gear i start pullin back on him. i was amazed. i was just starrin at his car while i was just pullin back on him in my top end.. the f'd up part is that i just kept on starring in amazement that i was actually about to beat him and as im about to pull a bumper on him *vroom vroom vroom* REDLINED and fell back at least i know i had him

the second race was a ap1 s2000 supposedly faster bcuz it rev's higher i think its up to almost 9000rpm

- tried to go from a 60mph roll. slowed down for him to get on the side of me but he gets a little ahead and starts the 3 honks and im like damn damn damn. so its pedal to the medal and i pull on him hard and i win by a fender bcuz he just stopped after i passed him i guess he was embarassed. then after he says i beat him bcuz his top was down

ive had 1 freeway ruin against an ap1, theyre cars are almost identical to ours in a straight run at high speeds. and dont worry theyre cars just like aour dont make much power gains with bolt ons. his top dow does slow him down a bit but, you should still be able to take him. the one i race i we were pretty much even, and i had an extra person. just dont follow them onto the twisties, its suicide! leterallty!!!

I ran one (AP1) with three people in my car, one kinda chunky, and I only lost by a bumper. The guy had his girl in the car, with exhaust and who knows what else. The guy wouldn't line up again after that.

I've ran at lease 3 S2000's; all three on the highway and one at two stop lights. I've beaten them at least more than a car length (stock form).

The one at the stop light had an exhaust (as far as I knew). We only made it to 2nd gear between lights at 60 mph. I had too much wheel spend on the first and we broke even. I pulled more than half a car on the 2nd run (better launch).

Would like to mess with a turboed S2000 though.

hey man that was me in the silver s2000 my cousin was driving it he's back in town from overseas nice racing you had lots of wheel spin and + we had lots of cars in the way. the 2nd run was alot better but we had a little up hill i'd like to run again sometime once i get the turbo installed and other secret goodies.

Yeah man! Anytime! Haven't had fun like that in a while. Thanks for the compliment! That S2K was nice as well. What all was done to it besides exhaust?

Also what happen on the highway after the 3 honks? I know I wasn't pulling that hard.

intake exhaust for now been keeping it simple during the winter time still deciding on a turbo setup ...

well on the highway we just wanted to see what you were working with first then we'd thought we'd follow you and see if you wanted to run at a light so yeah ~

I was leaving 'loco cantina' bar and grill in rancho, and smoked some kids with an s2000 with all kinds of goodies, light to light all the way up rochester. Stopped at banyan and talked, they couldnt believe I was all motor. The s had I/E/H/P and still couldnt get me past 25mph. Best part was my convoy of buddies all in their own cars were like 'watch Joe get smoked by the s2000'

I have 04 tl 6speed e/I/jpipe n 06 ap2 s2k intake only and my tl is alot faster
