Good find. The 3G TL is one of the best and safest bet for entry level lux cars. There was a list on forbes where it was ranked top 10 in most popular luxury vehicles (all classes). Surprisingly it was the only non German car on the list, that's right no Lexus or Infiniti. The next gen will be a monster.

 

it needs to be a huge improvement to be a shocker. how much better can they really do then right now. we'll just have to wait and see.

 

Based on what Honda did with the new Accord, it's most likely that the next gen TL will improve in some areas, but may get worse in others (styling maybe). We're all still waiting for the "perfect" car that will probably never come.

 

I agree, and another reason why that "perfect" car will never come is because everyone has different opinions. Just look at the little things, for example the fog lights on the 07/08 TLs...so many people wanna change them. So, they probably don't think the car is perfect, ya know? I don't think any car can be made in a way where ALL purchasers are 100% satisfied... just my
