HAHA That can't be his own car, nobody would do that to their own car. It has to be a loaner or something. I screwed a few loaner cars (3-series in my teenage days.

Well the plan is to never sell it. But mine isn't stolen but I do drive it that way though from time to time. Nothing like that first vid...maybe in the snow though in an empty parking lot..hmm... The excessive name calling is very extra though. I think you guys may have hurt my feelings

..and the second burnout vid was just without traction control. I believe the other one was like the only Neutral drop I've done in the car for the record
good day and mates

No mommy and daddy here. Full time here paying student loans, car payment among other things. Looking to move into a house within the next couple months. Not a lot of people can say that at the age of 23 here in MD with the price of housing. I actually think im doing pretty good. At thirty nine I would have thought you to be more mature but seems more on the level of my intro to ART I freshman students.

If what you are saying about your financial situation is true, you are doing well and I respect that, especially for someone your age. However, anyone who drives like you do and then posts videos on the web of their pure, unadulterated stupidity behind the wheel, loses any respect they may have earned from me in spite of their financial maturity.

I hope you live long enough to be an immature old fart like me, but you won't driving like that.

No one said some burnouts will kill the tl, hell even I do some sometimes by just punching it. But if you have to do a neutral banger, than that is just low...

I'll vouch for Meek32V6, he is one of our local guys and a very respectable guy at that. It's a shame that people make rediculous assumptions based on a 10 second vid and the opinons of other people

He may be respectable to others but not to me when people do stupid shit like that. Assumptions? I do not assume anything, I can tell he is giving the car gas and slamming it into drive.
I could watch a 5 second video, the length doesnt matter. Sure if it was a rental car than go ahead and do all the neutral bangers you want, but your personal $34k car, sure go ahead, just dont go looking for respect when you post videos like that.

Hello? What are you getting all worked up about? You obviously didn't read my post properly. Let me make this easy for you, I didn't quote you.... And in any case I don't think Meek really cares what you think because (1) it's his car and (2) it's his money.

I don't give a crap about his car anyway. I was mostly bothered by the ~130 MPH and burnouts on public roadways, but that's probably just my mistaken assumption about what the videos were showing.

lol, wow people getting so worked up about this..
What do you expect from car enthusiasts? They will drive how they wanna drive because it makes them feel good. If it makes you feel good to drive safely and always under the speed limit then more power to you.. but others feel the need to push past that. Just my two cents

Obviously the mistaken assupmtions I was referring to were the ones about who Meek is as a person

I can't say I'm worked up about anything in this thread. I just saw a couple of videos of stupid behavior and I commented on them. I do go over the speed limit and I like to push my car a bit, but there is a pretty clear difference between "speeding" and going 2x+ the posted limit and racing. Of course, when you're 18, that difference probably hasn't been learned, yet. Next time you see a cop, though, ask him if the law treats you any differently for 10 over vs. 70 over.

If you want to "push past that," there are plenty of tracks where you can do it safely and legally. As you're only 18, you probably don't have a wife and kids, yet. I can't tell you how devastating it would be for someone "pushing past that" to take out my family in a moment of poor judgement. The world isn't a big enough place to hide anyone that does that, either.

If you're referring to my comment about his parents financing the car, then you're right. That was my assumption based on his age and I apologize if I'm incorrect about how he earned the car. My follow-up post acknowledged how respectable it is that he's financially fit.

ok guys, heres the deal. if you dont like what he did to his TL... then, well.... it's his TL and not yours. Yes, it is something that i would not do to mine, but it is something that i would want to do to any car (
as long as i dont own it and wont be responsible for any damage). Theres no reason to call him irresponsible or bash on him at all.

You should be thanking him for doing it to his TL and you don't have to do it to yours. Did you cringe when you were watching the videos? I did, but i also enjoyed it. Just be glad its not yours then.

so a big THANKS to meek32V6. Keep it safe and drop somemore vids if you got em!

besides, his vids were not as bad as in the OP's

Thank you for your sage advice. How could I at age 18 possibly know anything about the difference of 10 over vs 70 over? Clearly, I'd have to be at least your age or have a wife and kids to know that kind of stuff. Please... hate on me more based on my age.
Really... he was putting nobody in danger except himself in the videos... and if he did fatally injure himself... wouldnt you be happy about that?
I just thought all the "dumbass" and "fucking idiot" comments were a bit over the top.. (and maybe not befitting of people so much mature than me..?)

But hey dont listen to anything I say.. I'm just a dumbshit 18 year old right?

My car isn't WHITE car doing the insanly amount of abuse. I wouldn't go to that extent. That is crazy( at least in a FWD car:P). That seems to be some of the confusion too. Mine is AM 3G. You can search Acurazine or Meek32v6 on Youtube and see my videos. They are pretty clear

Thanks JP and King for the back up. Let I told King the other day. I can't wait for this Skylind Drive Meet. The video for that is gonna be so tight:WOOTWOOT:
