tl base tail light question

tl base tail light question
first of all I TRIED searching this but like a lot of people have said, its been a little out of whack. so i might get flamed but a simple answer of yes or no will be good 
does the tl-s 07 or 08 tail light fit the 05 base
and are they just plug and play
