anyone from Jersey know any good tint shops? Also, what are the prices around here for tinting the TL. Need a place with quality, dont mind paying the extra few buck if they gonna do a perfect job!

there is also another one on Rt18 South. << recommended

Also Zippo's on Rt18 right across the Rt18 FLea Market.

When i had all my window (excluding winshield) I payed $240 but this was in Middletown. for just the back windows would range from $100 - $160.

I am not exactly sure of their tint jobs but they are pretty reliable IMO. But there are a few shops by me (Middletown) that I have had experience with and did a good job. But the 2 shops I mentioned do have more of a tint selection from % to the type of tint.

 

Used to be that you couldn't pass inspection in NJ if front windows were tinted, does anyone know if this has changed?

 

you will not pass. i had to get them removed and retinted on my 330. if you know some one who is a licenced inspection station you can get it done. :devil:

The Tint Shop on Rt1Nrth a block b4 Ray Catena Benz is good. Had a car tinted about 3 yrs ago and cost about $175 for all windows....Your car WILL NOT pass inspection, I'm 100%...but u can take to a local mechanic that has a license to inspect cars and slide him a few $'s (mine cost $45) on the side and he will gladly pass it for u...u just have to worry or pay fine when a cop pulls u over

 

Ya I heard that is the best place around here...tint shop or something. But im not worried about inspection really, i dont have inspection till 2008, in 4 year i can just re-do the fronts. The only thing we have to worry about around here is damn cops :chainsaw: But you know what F*#& the cops!!!
