Tinted Windows or Sub System

ive got a tight budget....i only have 500 dollars to spend..im debating between Tinting my windows...or going with a Sub System that will make me happy....although i am not too impressed with the TL's bass...it also can get very hot in new jersey during the summer and tinted windows add an extremely new level of hotness to a SSM TL...ive been quoted 250 from most shops in new jersey so i guess thats what i am goign to pay...but ive also found a few good setups for sub systems which would look good and sound good....i was thinking maybe getting the windows tinted and buying the AEM intake with the money left over...but i have no idea how to install that badboy and im sure it would cost a few hundred for labor which i don't have the cash....but im also thinking that a sub system would a good option too because im desperatly wanting the sound...im caught 50/50 between tinted windows and the sub system...i need some backing up of what to do...

tint the windows, save the leather. tl's sound system is awesome...true, the bass probably isn't as good as it would be with a 10 or 12" sub (like i use to have in my celica) but who cares..this car doesn't need a big ol' subwoofer in the back. Sound system is great without it....and no intake...too noisy.

tints and intake. just read up on how-to's and install it yourself.

my brother told me it wouldn't be too hard - all you'd need to do is probably remove the plastic covers and the battery to install the cai.

Definately tint, WHT04TL's right, $500 is better spent on tint, wait a while before you get that system.
