Tinting the window during the winter is generally a bad thing. Unless you have a garage and does it indoor. I just tinted my window (LIMO TINT) in a garage and as long as you have a blow dryer with heat, it's fine.

the water can freeze under the film. typically not good.
if you can run the car daily and crank the heater (using external air so that air is forced out of the car, and direct vents toward the glass, and turn on rear defroster) for 20-30 min daily this will help. and if possible, keep the interior above 32F.

I just tinted last week here in MD. That day was warm but everyday after was pretty cold. I do keep my car in the garage and at work it is also in a garage. I have not seen any problems w/ it at all. 20% all around. Looks great. No moleskin. I'm crossing my fingers!
You can tint your windows in the winter but sometime the outcome isnt always that great. I tinted my windows about a month 1/2 ago. My rear window is a little bit blurry, I am going to bring it back when it gets nicer and have them re do it.
Another downfall is that in the cold, your windows will get really foggy from the tint and the cold. After a few minutes of cranking up the heat you will be fine.
Also, It is recommended to use your rear defroster as much as you can if you get tints in the cold. I was afraid to use it also, but the guy says it helps

Well got the car tinted 22% all around on NBP with Ebony. Looks bad ass. Will post pics later in the day hopefully. I am just scared now for the first time I roll down my window. I am gonna wait atleast a week before making any movement with the windows. Keeping my fingers crossed.
I tinted my windows yesterday. 35 on the sides and 15 on the back, and it should be dry in a few days. Looks great. I'll put pictures up as soon as I figure out how. No problems with it being winter Although this is California and it's sunny (finally) and 65 degrees outside.
