Thoughts on CarLashes?
Really considering getting these for my TL. My dad tells me I should but I think that's only so my "best friend" will stop driving my car. You can also get rhinestone "eyeliner"...so cute!
Just wanted some more input on how 1.) you would react if you saw this coming down the road and 2.) how likely you would be to f*ck it up if you were drunk outside a bar because that's what I'm most worried about. No one in my area has these so I want to be the first!

That is great. That's the first time I see something like that. I need to get a pair of these to put it on my car (for comical reasons of course). I'll put it on when I go to my local meets!

As a woman, I think I would punch someone out if they ruined a TL by adding that!
Not meant to offend you because we all have personal taste, but I really think it would devalue the overall look of the TL, in my opinion. The 3G TL is a classic style vehicle.
But then again, I'm very minimalistic in terms of adding aesthetic components to my baby. Not everyone feels this way.
I think if it were a cutesy car like the VW Beetle etc, it may be acceptable. Good luck with whatever your decision is darling!

rofl, i think it's so funny that you thought of the scenario of seeing the car outside a bar being drunk. thats exactly the scenario that I could see myself in and see myself doing the bad thing.

I saw these on a VW Beetle the other day and it looked cute. Agree with the others---I would only do it for the shock value of showing up at a meet. However, you are a girl and it is your car. If you do it, post pics!

I see the example shown is on a BMW...it looks GREAT on a BMW! Let the BMW guys have that mod....it should be OEM for them!

I don't care much for them, but as a girl & others have said, you could pull it off without question.
Sister has these on her SUV & likes them. Can't say the same for my brother-in-law when he drives it.

If I saw a TL or any car for that matter on the road, I'd first thing, what the... and then start laughing. I'd be willing to be some drunk folks would mess with more than just the eyelashes if you parked this outside a bar! IMO if they attach and deattach pretty quickly, I'd just throw them on for shits and giggles sometimes like when going to a car meet or something.
If you don't want your friend driving your car, ask them to pay for the gas!
