for those with blacked out headlights
Did you guys notice a difference in the brightness of the lights? It seems that with the blacked out chrome part, the light would reflect less. Please comment on it for I really want to black out my lights for my nbp. THanks in advance.

Most people dont paint the reflective part slick.
That amounts to the fairly round peice around the Fogs and the Longish Side peice around the Turn Signal
The biggest problem with cleared corners is that the bulb by itself seems dimmer. The Amber Reflector does a great job of spreading the light. Without it, even without blacking that area out, its much Dimmer. So get a brighter turn signal or find a clear/white Deflector that fits.

I think the trick, of course, not to black out the concave portion of the headlight because that is what amplifies/projects the light outwards. He did not mention anything regarding a reduction in beam dispersion. This is how my friend's looks http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/vtdust...stin/my_photos. As a side note, this car is for sale as he has purchased a '02 Type-S (TL Dustin if anyone is interested)
