Tustin gets my vote!

They have wifi in the waiting area. Plus if your hungry, Costco is across the street.

There is a factory alarm, but it isn't as good as aftermarket units. Apparently the factory alarm doesn't detect glass breakage, and it isn't very sensitive to movement.

Hopefully the sales department treated you OK; everyone here seems displeased only with the service dept.

I leased my 03 TLS from Thomas 3 1/2 yrs. ago and have ordered a new TL w/NAV from them. ($32 + T&L). I've always had good experiences with their service dept. in those 3 1/2 yrs. and will continue to deal with them.

i never went back to that place!

i've been going to Downey/Planet Acura ever since. it's closer to work too. Kam is a cool guy even referred me to a stereo and tint shop that they take some of their cars to
Totally agree with u on your assessment of Planet Acura in Downey. Kam was a great person to deal with. I'd rather drive the extra miles to service my car in Downey than drive to Thomas Acura. The prices for their services is way cheaper than Thomas and Sierra Acura. Never again will I service at Thomas. Going there is just asking for it.
