So I've been working at manual swapping my 2006 TL auto base navi/tpms with a 2004 TL manual base non navi/tpms.
I've looked through a few threads on the wiring but can't seem to find anything specifically for the clutch pedal. I was told that I need to swap the dash completely but I'm not sure. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I need help figuring out what exactly to do interior wise so that the swap is a complete success and everything works like it should. Any tips?
Acura Changed A LOT during these years.
in my 2006, it's more closely related to the 2007-2008 years than the prior 2004-2005 years.
the one change that pissed me off the most is different sized fittings on the hard brake lines going to the Master Cylinder from the ABS Pump.
like, why would they change the size of the fitting!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?
2006's are the odd man outs.
as far as the OP....uhh yeah change the dash! lol do you want to see PRND all the time!? lol

I hear you, I was following your progress here recently regarding your ABS mystery. Good to hear it was just an inexpensive wheel sensor.
In addition, I wish I had the coin for that new scanner you purchased as well.
If I had one, I know I would / could blow a lot of time learning the 'ins & outs' of all its utility & functionality.
Good news is that I was able to return all the ABS pumps that I had bought. ebay for the win!
I think I bought like 3 pumps, each pump had different fittings. ARGG
Just tried using the scanner on my neighbors '86 MR2
the scan tool came with OBDI attachments. tried playing around with it but wasnt able to get the scan tool to recognize the car.
With my car and OBDII, it recognized it instantly.

I don't mind losing tpms and navi since I don't have the sensors anymore and my navi needs the code I don't have because Acura dealership is kinda pushing me around when I try getting it. Anyhow I will swap the dash but what else would I have to change? Do I have to change all electronics like the interior fuse box or just the dash wiring and keep everything else?
I would suggest looking for a Honda / Acura factory service manual for your TL. This shows you the pinout of the plugs.
There are 5 plugs that plug into the ECU. From a quick, 5 minute glimpse at the Acura factory service manual (beginning on page 11-21) here's what appears to be different between the TL AT vs TL 6MT. -- You will definitely want to check over this to make sure that I haven't missed anything, but to give you a general idea, here's the changes that need to be made to the 5 different plugs.
A13 - needed for AT, no longer needed for 6MT - clip or de-pin.
A19 - needed for AT, no longer needed for 6MT - clip or de-pin.
A22 - On AT, goes to shift lock solenoid. - On 6MT, this now goes to reverse lockout solenoid.
A30 - add - cruise control pedal position sensor
A31 - needed for AT, no longer needed for 6MT - clip or de-pin.
B23 - needed for AT, no longer needed for 6MT - clip or de-pin.
C connector - leave entirely unplugged.
D connector - leave untouched.
E connector - leave untouched
So that's what, 4 wires to clip, 1 wire to add, and possibly 1 more wire to re-route (A22). I would imagine that it would be much easier for you to add 1 wire for the cruise control pedal position sensor and clip 4 wires than it would be for you to have to change out a bunch of harnesses.
