There is no flush in 04 TL Transmissions?
I am a tad confused, I talked to my cousin a mechanic and he said he would flush my tranny fluid and put oem tranny fluid. But I call acura dealer near me to get a quote, and they tell me they dont do flushes on 04 TLs because of something with the solenoid or something. Then they tell me they do drain and refills for 95 bucks. So my question is why dont they do flushes? Wont they put the same dirty fluid in the car and danger the radiator? Which is what my cousin said, Or is there something I am missing, of coarse my cousin would have done the flush with a MACHINE. So I read up on here that you should use flush machines. I just want to know why? and how about the radiator?

A CAR IS A CAR no matter what they say.
With that said, you can drain and fill your automatic transmission fluid. As for the Radiator I think honda coolant is rated for 50 or 60k? Doesn't do you any good by draining only the radiator. Find a shop that uses a coolant exchange machine which replaces coolant from the entire system from engine to hoses to heater core ect.
You will need to do the honda 3 for 3 drain as I call it. The trans holds 3 qts of honda ATF. You drain and fill the system then proceed to drive it for 2-3 miles. Go back and do this proceedure 2 more times. Thats the best way to get most of the crap out of the trans. best of luck!
BTW I am an automotive technician. You can visit my jobs website and click on services to read what machines we use for certain things are in coolant, transmission exhanges.

No flushes using machines- only drain-and-fills. Acura/Honda has a bulletin out to that effect, along with the appropriate drain-and-fill procedure. Whenever Acura/Honda refers to a tranny "flush," it means the 3x drain-and-fill procedure, not a flush with a machine.
