Tempted (found a potential buy)
I've run both, and Carfax was more detailed on both cars. However, I eliminated the cheaper one due to reviews of the dealer. Sounds very shady.
I'm going to look at the other one which is a bit more expensive and more miles per year, but I need to test drive something. It's a damn shame no big dealers have any more 6MT/nav.
As for the other car, if he's interested in moving it I'll have PMs available in a couple of days. Or he can post here.

Well, had a disappointing day yesterday. Went and looked at the first one - sold it five days ago. So, I went to the shady dealership. No one came out to talk to me, and it had several dings, the front bumper wasn't aligned correctly, and the back bumper looked a different color.
So, I decided not to waste the half-day off and went to the Acura dealer that originally had the RRP in the OP. I knew they at least had a 6MT for me to drive. And so I did.
Wow. I don't think I've liked a car that I've sat in more. It didn't have navi, but I almost got sold on it. Got offered to take it home for the evening, but I passed knowing that I want to wait and try to find one with a navi.
I'll find one...I hope. Right now there are 92 04-06 TLs listed in the Atlanta area - four are manuals, and only the beater has navi.
Damn. Nearly 1 out of 100.

acura.com and search, its worth it to drive 100+ miles sometimes, i drove 4 hours last week and i picked up a certified 07 s with 18k on it for 26k, i also got the bumper to bumper warrenty extended to 100k or 2014 which ever is first, love my baby!!
Unfortunately, Acura dealers are hopeless. Two manuals, neither with navigation in the search area. One was the one I test drove.
Did find a couple more possibilities, I emailed the seller and we'll see where it goes. He's high on price, but I'll see how much he wants to move off of it. See if I can't get him to accept an offer before I make the drive to see it.

The TL's the OP is looking for will be fairly low miles so they'll still have some warranty on them. The only thing in my mind that the warranty is good for is the transmission, engine, A/C..
Battery, armrest, brakes.. in my garage repair handbook is about $400.. you still need a lot more to go to get your money's worth. The warranty gives you peace of mind.
But beware.. Acura has turned down jobs on M/T / clutches claiming owner fault on factory warranty covered TL's. Leaving the owner to shelve out ~$2k to repair.. but hey.. if you engine skips timing and you need a valve job / new heads or you need a new head gasket or a/c compressor / heater core.. the warranty should take care of those big dollar jobs.. no problem.. but I hardly see related threads on those topics.

My 06 TL has 32k miles now. It has an Acura bumper to bumper warranty until 62k miles and Dec 2010, and a drivetrain warranty until 100k miles and Dec 2013. That is what I liked. A longer warranty then the new 07 Civic Si that I tradded in.
17k for a 06 TL w/nav
21k for a 07 TLS
Both cars will have under 30k miles and might require less than 1k worth of fixing, minor dings and scratches. All will be trade ins or off leases.
Simple as that. I can buy these cars at that price all day, straight from the Dealer Auctions. I don't even bother with dealers anymore. I'm not gonna say anything else. Good Luck.

But, I'm hoping I can work something out with an AZ member and buy his ride.
Hey man, for my two cents, if you find what you want, negotiate the best deal you can and buy it. When I went TL shopping, I knew I wanted a 6spd with Navi and I wanted RBP, so I had a very specific need. When I found the car I ended up paying probably 1500 more than I would have if I'd bought a similar car at another dealership, but I didn't want a similar one, i wanted THAT car. So, for what it's worth, if you can buy a premium car for 20k and it's exactly what you want, DO IT. You won't regret it.
really man, dont let the dealers push you around, i went in last week and drove a TL 05 auto no navi. i really just drove it to see if i liked the way i sat in the TL. anyways, they wanted 20K for it. after the drive i said half joking ill offer you max 15K out the door. they called me back 2 days later saying, come by to get it. lol. i made up an excuse cuz im waiting for a 6MT w/ Navi.
but just goes to show, negotiate.

for some reason I just stumbled on this post (dont know how I have continuously missed it), so thought I'd offer my 2 cents to the OP....
Took me about 6 months before I finally found my TL a few weeks ago. I had been searching (without any luck whatsoever) for a 05 or 06 anthracite 6MT w/ nav. I didnt necessarily need the nav for nav purposes, but rather because I thought the car looked more "complete" with it. A few weeks into the search, I realized that the 6MT was tough to find... and a 6MT w/ nav was downright impossible.. like a yedi or something.. lol.
First few months of the search were alot like yours... hopefull calls to dealers, only to find out they had sold the car days before. I finally found one in springfield, missouri (about 5 hours from my home) that had everything I wanted, only 23k miles, and was going for 21k. I called, they still had it, and said it was totally clean (carfax, etc.). I have a friend down in springfield, so I went down to see the car and hang out with him for a few days. Since the car was at an independent (auction) dealer, I decided it would be worth the $125 to take it to the local Acura dealership and let them do the 150 point inspection. Well, as it turns out, that was the best $125 I have ever spent -- the dealer was a lying crook... the car had been in a horrible wreck, with only the 2 driver side doors being original. Everything else was aftermarket, and the mechanic showed me the half-dozen spots on the chasis where the frame had been pulled HARD to straighten it out. Needless to say, I drove it strait back to the crook-ship and left very quickly.
A week later I was ready to drive to Cincinnati (5 hours, opposite direction) to buy a 06 NBP 6MT w/ nav and 44K miles... dealer called me 2 hours before I got off work and was ready to head to Cincy to tell me it was sold.
2 weeks later I found my TL at a dealership in Chicago (Continental). It had everything I wanted, minus the Nav, and by that time, I had conceeded the nav, as it was something I didnt HAVE to have. He got it in on a tuesday afternoon. Certified it on wednesday. I drove it home thursday. In the end the search was well worth it and I am glad everything turned out the way it did, because I love my car.
Long story short, be patient in the search and be careful of those auction dealers. If you can get an Acura inspection, it is completely worth the 125, IMO. Once you find your TL, you will realize the wait and search was well worth it. Good luck!
