I was trying to get him to provide more details.

if he needs his turn signals to flash accordingly, we have switch back LEDs that flash amber but are white(or what ever color he chooses) when not flashing.
you can attain these switchback leds from VLEDS.
for example....

sharkbait, youre too late.

if given a broad question, i'm going to answer in a broad fashion.
its best to give all details in the first post, so we dont have to constantly guess.

don't you think this is a bit of an over kill. You will have signals in your headlight as well as a LED strip that blinks the same. I don't know it seems like an over kill to me. Maybe it will look good who knows

so you've got an led strip that you're putting in your headlights. you want to splice them into the parking light supply AND also have them blink when you apply the turn signal?

do i have that right? and if so, may i ask why you want to do it this way?

I would suggest looking for the threads on making the side markers blink with the turn signal. If you connect LED's to the turn signal line, I'm pretty sure you will need a load resistor to absorb the excess wattage.
