Tail Light Removal, 2004 TL

Can anyone tell me how to remove my TL tail lights? They seem to be quite difficult to remove without braking.....after the 4 nuts are removed, they don't just pop out....thoughts?

you have to remove the bumper, there is a nut on the bottom of each side that is holding it back.
