Yes. It should be fairly easy, although if you have never done it before researching is key.

The OEM woodgrain, and, for that matter, the CF pieces too, are made of plastic, and hence have a precise fit to them. They snap into place in most cases. I can't think of a single place where there would be screws involved, even on the window trim pieces. Just a small flat-head screwdriver should do it. Just take your time and work slowly, and you should be fine.

I would think that you can go to ebay and find some pretty good pieces, such as:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ACURA...Q5fAccessories

This includes the rear too.

This is for the oem trim pieces though not real CF. It'll match the rest of the oem CF pieces if you got with the fake ones like oem has. If you want real CF try nycdashes.com they have all the pieces for the interior. But those are overlay pieces as well.

You can go to Acuraoemparts.com and buy the parts from the front and rear doors as well as the center console.

Front left and right door pieces are $88.33 for both.
Rear left and right door pieces are $119.00 for both.
The center console doors are $105.86 for "Pocket A" and "B".

So all in all to replace the OEM wood pieces with OEM Carbon pieces is going to run you $313.19...plus shipping.

Your better off probably posting in the black market and seeing if anyone wants to trade with you. I did that and dind't have any luck, but you might in your area. I think the cars with the CF trim are 04-06 with 6MT and 07-08 TLS (5AT and 6MT).

No EBAY kits... Here's my thread on doing this, but I went more for a 2 tone effect.

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/if-youre-not-digging-plood-heres-oem-option-595383/

Mix it up, that was the fun part.

I did the "black and tan" theme. All black is too hot in the summer, but I like the sportier accents the black offers. I did best of both worlds.

I replaced the following parts:
- all the fake wood in the console and doodrs with CF parts from the black interior.
- all tan door and console armrests with black leather rests
- all 4 tan headrests with black ones
- rear tan deckcover with a black one
- all tan lower a,b,c pillars with black
- all tan seat control buttons with black
- all 4 tan trimmed door seals with all black ones
- tan overhead lighting surround and sunroof cover handle with black ones
- all 4 tan oh shit handles with black ones
- added black all weather mats

... probably a few other details as well. Now It's got a nice tan base (flooring, ceiling, and seats), with black everything else...

I should snap a pic or 2.

X, here is my Carbon Fiber kit. It is not like Spec's, which is real Carbon Fiber. I think I got this form www.NYCDashes.com. It is the overlay stuff, but looks really good.

I found that the OEM parts were VERY dark-you can't see the weave in the Carbon Fiber. I got it, didn't like it and abandoned it. The real stuff is expensive, but looks excellent. But I do like this kit that I've got.

To me the fake stick on CF looks corny. If KebSpecs kit was not blue, I would be all over it.

Thanks
I'll snap some this weekend... It's just filthy and too cold to clean.
A few hours at least. You have to pull the door panels to replace the door trim, and the center console.

The 2 tone black and tan is where it's at... Hell the acura engineers like my mod they duplicated it on teh TL-S.

If you take your door panel apart, just be careful not to pull out the cable latch or it will break off. Take apart it slowly and gently when you do.

Are you refering to the panels on the car doors or the little doors under the radio. Because i was asking how do you remove the two little doors below the radio? Can remove just the doors or do you need to remove the whole door and pocket assembly?

Oh you mean those 2 small pocket below the radio. Um.....you have to take the 2 metal veritcal pieces apart because on those pocket there are screw on the side. And from what I remember you need to take out the shifter panel too.

Mine was pre-cut. You just pulled it off and apply.

If you're using a sheet of carbon fiber vinyl, use a heat gun and a sharp edged knife.
