^^^ can you take a night time picture....it does look like the "A" is not lighting up as well, but during the install i hope you didnt peel the tape off from behind the sill....

yup half of the word from the A not light up, no i did not peel the tape off only the 3m double side tape, and the installation very simple....no way i did any thing wrong, it just defected.....just hope Supercomputer can replace it.....here is another pic i just take it in the gagarge with all the lights turn off so looks like it in night time..

i finally installed mine also, but mine was not as smooth as that. posted my issues in another thread i started. can anyone help me out? i followed the wiring colors but im still a bit stuck.

I'm still waiting on my replacement door sill, after Supercomputers received the defective almost two months ago. Don't understand why it's taking so long. Hopefully I'll receive it before Christmas.

Hey buddy..... the front passenger side ground switch is blue and white stripe on my car.....(not green).....very thing else are the same as Swoosh wirring colour........may be his car diff year or model......mine is 07 tl-s, if your is same year and model as mine you can try out blu/wht.......but you can only find that wire close to the centre pillar not too far to the front..........Good luck to you.........I'm still waitting for Supercomputer to rerurn my mail, been 2 days still haven't hear any thing from him.

Hey Conversehtnut the pass front ground switch is blue and red stripe (not blu/wht as i told you on the posted above) and the driver front is green.

^^^ yes wire colors do change with the model years....

thanks, ill try this out over the weekend if i get a chance. i assume mine would be the same as yours since i have an 08 TL-S. was your pass rear ground the same as the online guide? mine was working originally but then stopped. ill have to recheck the connection too.

I installed the first 3 sills with no issues, but the fourth one didn't light up. There was power going through the wire but the panel wouldn't light up. Contacted Supercomputers and they told me to send it back and they'll send a replacement sill. They received the damaged sill about six weeks ago and I haven't received the new one yet. I've contacted them several times since and they keep telling me that I should get a new one soon. It took a week for me to get the first set so I don't know what the problem is. I'll give them until the end of the week before contacting them again.

alright lets make a list....people who are encoutering issues please put urself on this list in the following format:

Example:
1> swoosh - 05 AT - blue sills - front passenger sill not lighting up - order date - contacted supercomputer and he shipped out new sill

Lets put it in this format....

and for people who sills are not working, are you guys tapping it in the right wire, how are you coming to the conclusion that the sill is DOA (dead on arrival?)

Lets troubleshoot this....

1> M.I.N.O. - 04 AT - white sills - right rear passenger sill not lighting up - ordered Sep. 18 2011 and received Sep 23 2011 - contacted supercomputer October 6 2011 and returned damaged sill October 7 2011 - received confirmation that damaged sill was received a week later and still waiting for replacement.

85iroc... 07 tl-s...red sills.... odered nov-22-11, received nov -26-11....installed dec-5-11 and find out passenger front sill only half lighted....pm supercomputer right on that day dec-5-11.

Today dec-8-11 recveived a respond from supercomputer, requested for an address to send a replacement............I replied with an address and requested to buy another set for my buddy for the 08 tl-s red sills......i'm waitting for a respond and replacement.

Thank you Swoosh for spending sometimes to helf us out.
