the problem with this SC is getting the right tune since there is almost no tune shop has experience with TL tuning beside even with the supercharger the TL can't keep up with IS-F or M3 stock, therefore the owner would rather jumping into another brand.

Or maybe the owner is getting out of the Marine Corps and will be going to school in NY city, taking the train every day from Long Island so he won't need a car because his house is right near the station.... Also the owner might have just got married and plans to start a family soon so he will need money for a kid instead of a car... maybe the car runs perfectly fine with the supercharger and the owner really doesn't want to get rid of it at all but he is doing what is necessary for his family... but that is all just speculation

When buying used cars with mods like this there is always the chance of buying someone else's problem too. I personally wouldn't buy a modified car, but that's just me.

I agree 100%, but the good thing about buying this car is that any and all of the problems can be found here on the forums because you can just search my old posts. If if doesnt sell in the next few months I will probably just part it out and trade it in I guess. I need to start leasing cars because I can't stop modding the ones I buy, its an addiction.

Anyway, I guarantee there arent any "hidden" problems wrong with this car that I am not disclosing.

I like how you skimmed over that article without reading the details at the bottom. Instead you decide to come up with your own explanation like it's the only logical choice.

The ISF and M3 don't make 350bhp stock so that's a moot point. The car's are not on the same level. Compare it to an IS350 or 335i with slight tuning and that is a fair comparison. Plus why is everyone so power obsessed? The TL is a great mix of power and handling. Focus on how awesome the car is on the track and how little needs to be done to bring out how agile the TL is.

Yup. that's what I've been taught too. Plus, I wouldn't want to miss out on the fun of modding the car myself
