Sun reflector question
Sun reflector question
At my office, there is no covered parking, so I park my TL in the sun. I just bought one of those sun reflectors for the front windshield. It is one of those long ones that unfold to the length of the dash.
Those of you who happen to use one or used to use one, where do you usually keep it when it is not in use? Right now I just dump it in the back seet, but I'd rather keep it somewhere more or less concealed and non-obtrusive to other passengers. This is hardly an issue, but I just thought I'd find out what other people are doing. Thanks!

I bought one of those and there is no practical place to keep it because it is so big.
Since I don't park outside for any length of time I don't keep it in the car unless I know I will be parking outside and then it goes in the back seat or the trunk.

Would one of those space blankets work with the foor corners clipped on at the four corners of the windshield, or wil it make the car like an oven? They sell those at sporting good stores and my local museum gift shop(MoS Boston) for about seven bucks, they could show some real potential.

Just a small price to pay for keeping the car about 20 degrees cooler during the day - of course tint and leaving the sunroof tilted help too!
