Sorry to hear it but your right, it's an insurance issue. If you feel lucky, don't just talk about the moulding, get it buffed out or something so the whole car is the same. You remember, like it was before the title incident.

Yeah, I couldn't stand their attitude and customer service. No wonder they went out of business. I feel bad for some of their employees, but this goes to show that if you run your business on pure sales and no quality/customer service, you'll go belly up.
