Stronger antenna 2005 TL

I find that the radio stations do not come in as strong as other cars in my area. Is there a way to get better reception by installing another antenna inot the TL?

i noticed the same thing as well on my 07 TL no tint at all..

I have just the standard tint of blue at the top.
