I have seen several test with 14.6-14.9 1/4 mile times for the Type S's.
There is also a lot of power adders out there for the 2nd Gen.

i just saw another post in the second gen section about racing an RSX type S. the TL has 50hp and 90ft/lbs stock over the RSX-S, but the RSX holds a 450lb advantage. so they may be neck and neck with a good driver on the RSX until you get to the upper RPMs, but if you have headers or a pulley, i think it wouldn't be a contest.
odd thing is, acura states that the RSX-S makes it's peak torque at 7100RPMs, so considering the TL brings in the torque around 2250, you could probably jump a few car lengths and hold it through the race.
