Steering Wheel Emblem
Steering Wheel Emblem
I know there are many threads on this topic. However, I could not find a specific one about my question...Are all the emblems on the steering wheel the same on all 2007 and up Acura models? I am trying to purchase one on ebay but one is for 2009-2014 TL’s and the other for 2007 and up TSX’s. I have been looking at airbags on different models and they all look like they are the same. I want to purchase the 2009-2014 TL emblem but I don’t want to go to put on on and have it not fit. Then piss away $45. Any input would greatly be appreciated.
The guy selling the emblem said it would fit. So we shall see. I will update once I get it. He has another one for sell. Here is the link...

FYI
If you plan on just wanting to replace the steering wheel emblem, note that you would have to disable the airbag (disconnect the battery for about 15-20 minutes), remove the airbag/cover and separate the airbag from the cover. The emblem is glued in with a black tar. You will have to melt it off and reverse the process to install the new one.

So much pain for this... i'll keep an eye on this post hoping for a simple solution... as much as it pisses me off removing the airbag is not something i want to invest in to make my emblem shiny again..
