I started a thread earlier about upgrading our brakes. I researched around and found that Baer has a kit called Eradispeed for plus sized wheel applications. Basically the kit consists of a bracket, that the stock rear caliper bolts to, that allows a larger aftermarket rotor to be used. If you have any wheels larger than the stock 17" you know how small and wimpy the rear calipers look when exposed. I have 19"s and desperately want to fill in that extra space with a larger rotor with out having to go all out and buy a big brake kit.


Tonight I was contacted by one of the techs at Brembo (USA) and this is what he said...

Hi Chad,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Brembo products.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have any available brake upgrades
for the 2004 Acura TL 6 speed with the stock Brembo brakes. If we get
more inquiries about this particurlar application we made produce an
upgrade for it.
