Starting issues...

Hey guys, I'm running out of options here. First off I have a 2005 TL auto, new battery, new starter installed. Every time I start up, there one click an it doesn't turn over. I'm thinking there's a bad ground connection with my audio. But that turned out fine. Before the new starter and new battery. I had to tap (bang) on the starter to get it started. While parked up over night, the battery died this morning. Nothing was on, or any doors left open. So I just replace with a brand new battery and new starter. I left puzzled on what can cause this issue. Has anyone been in such situation?

we have to narrow it down even more.
since you just replaced the battery; see if it does it again.

if it does it again, and your battery is drained....then something is draining the battery.
Most likely the HFL.

i hear the silenoid wanting to come out but its still not turning over... no codes are popping up, could it be the relay fuse? bad grounding? would really hate to take it to the dealer for them to diagnose but if i have to, i will..
