TL-S Lip gets my vote - drilled mine on today.
Was much easier than you would think. The wing looks kinda ghetto IMO - I love the look of the TL-S lip.

Mine is the deck lid.....lip.....spoiler......not the wing. It's actually the 07 TL-S lip.

The part (lip) sells for $100.00 from a couple of the vendors on this forum. I'm not sure what the dealer would charge but I wouldn't pay more than $100.00 for the lip.
Installation is easy but I can understand if you are itimidated - I was at first. I wouldn't pay more than another $50.00 or so to have it dealer installed.

If you kept the TL at top speed (150mph) then I would "assume" that the lip spoiler would be more effective by adding a touch more downforce to the rear. The wing is just for show isn't it? Well for that matter I guess they both are really just for show.
I don't have one, but being an old fart I would probably get the lip spoiler. I had a wing spoiler on my Nissan Maxima (03) and I thought it made that car look better. I think the TL looks good with the lip or wing, and also looks just as good without either of them as well.
