I know this is like beating a dead horse but I searched and could not find the answer.

If buying the pieces from the dealer do they come painted?

I contacted a dealer and they told me

Sides - 301.00/pr

Rear - 277.20

which does not seem bad.

Is this a decent deal? It includes shipping. I was thinking about getting the sides right now and ordering the rear after the first of the year.

 

Yea they should come painted. I've always heard of dealers quoting higher prices... I got mine from www.hondacuraworld.com for $800 which is the front/rear lip and sides, painted and shipped.

 

So is that a decent price?

 

if your car is an 04, the paint might not match very well due to fading...

 

I am hoping with the lower mileage, and it being silver this won't be that much of an issue.

 

That price sounds reasonable, considering the four piece kit is 799 shipped from hondaacuraworld. Call Tim from there and ask him how much. Also try searching ebay. Some of the dealers have listings and you can use MS cashback. I just ordered my kit through Westchester Acura for 799 and got back 200 from ms cashback. Search Dartmans post with pictures if you are going to do the install.
