Alright heres the deal...some of you might know. I just bought this 05 WDP navi auto with 10,000 miles. The car is immaculate. I am amazed at the condition the previous owner kept the it in. The paint doesn't even have a damn swirl mark in it. He most have garaged it and dried with a hairdryer or something....and then I got the car.

There are a lot of trees. I picked this spot because it wasn't under one of those damn royal palms that drop 50 lb palm frons on you. I didnt want any door dings either. Oh well sometimes you just cant win.

 

whoever owns the property should pay for your fix. that's some shitty luck man and I hope it will get better Did you notice the tree's condition before parking in front of it?

I park there all the time. The tree doesnt hang over the spot, so I figured it wouldnt be an issue. I looked at the tree after it broke and it is all rotted from ants.

It definately could have been worse. I think it will all buff out except for the small dent in the hood.

I would go around the place like Mr Soprano demanding answers, compensation, or retribution...kidding

But seriously, find some answers from the owner, park people, even city...make a stink, file some major complaint, and you'd be surprised that some people are willing to take resposibilty, and compensate somehow.

Just yesterday, I ran over a truck muffler in the middle of the lane. Teh damage was minimal but it could have been way worse...

 

I am going to speak to the property manager tomorrow. Everything will come out....except the hood. It didn't look too bad, but today the weather is clear and while putting on my aspec kit, the dent was sticking out like a sore thumb. It looks like a door ding on the hood, but then there is like a 3 inch long impression also. I hate repaint, so I hope the dent wizard can work a miracle.

Glad your car is OK though that could have been ugly.
