Yes you can attach it to the bumper without drilling holes into your bumper. However, it will be up to you to improvise on how to go about it.

if you're going for the Base A-SPEC rear lip I don't think you need to drill any holes for zip ties. HOWEVER you will have to drill 4 holes to be able to mount the lip correctly so it will not sag and hang.

When I installed my front base a-spec lip I did drill it for the zip ties. I recently replaced my BASE rear a-spec with a Type-S rear ASPEC and the new Type-S rear lip required me to drill new holes to mount it, as well as drill holes for the zip tie.

If you want to get the a-spec lip kit than I believe you have no choice but to drill the holes to properly mount it. I'm sure there are ways to do it without drilling it, but it would require a lot of more work and you would have to improvise and figure out how to do it on your own because majority of us here just followed the instructions that came with the lip kit so we can't really help you with that.

I can't really imagine why you would want to remove it after installing it. The only reason I would ever want to remove my a-spec lip is if I'm replacing it with the Type-S ASPEC version instead of the base version.

Lol i didnt wanna do any drills on my car either. But the drill holes u do for your front bumper will not even be noticeable if u ever decide to take ur lip off. lol once u get past drilling your first hole. its super easy after that lol

Rear you don't have to. The front, well.., is a different story because depending on the installation and weather, the 3m tape may come off.

On my 06 Base kit I didnt drill any holes for the rear. It has been through 3 winters/summer with no sag or let go. You need to just make sure you prep the surface correctly and be sure to sure and adhesion promoter.

pretty sure 12mm holes drilled into the bumper are going to be noticeable once you take the lip off.
