Yep. The car that they used in the picture is of a members car, There was a thread on here a while back on how they jacked his car to market it. He has the Type S aspec kit.

 

ahh Type S....am i correct to assume that, the aspec kit and sarona are different for the type s?

 

It seems that Sarona is re-marketing the OEM ASPEC kit as well as the rear wing and the spoiler. It's not original. It's the same thing you would order from Hondacuraworld.com. Except that Sarona is charging almost 800 for the front and rear lip with no side skirts. If you order it from Tim you get the front, back and sides for the same price. It's also color matched. I highly doubt that if you got the lips from Sarona that they would be paint matched. I acutally have the Sarona rear wing and it wasn't color matched.

 

I am actually interested in the kit that is displayed on sarona.com from one of the members that you mentioned earlier the back piece is different from the typical aspec kit that i normally see on the TLs (unless the kits for the type-S is different). I wonder if Tim can get that for me and for how much.

Yes the rear that is pictured is the Type S rear. It is different than the base Aspec rear. Bigger exhaust ports, etc. Do you have a Type S or a Base TL?? If you get the Type S rear aspec and have a base TL you will have to do some cutting on the bumper to install it. There is a DIY in the 3g garage

its not the type s =\, as far as the DYI, living in nyc, space is limited, not to mention tools are limited....dont have any trusted shops...to be cutting and fitting. ill most likely go with the regular aspec kit...!
