A-Spec Front Lip Issues!!!

I had the A-spec kit installed. Everything was installed prefectly except the front lip. The only issue I had with it was the left part of the lip wasn't connected to the side bumper of the car as well as the left side did. So I called the service mgr set up an appointment to bring it to the dealership. The techs looked at it removed the lip then reinstalled it. When the serv mgr told me it was ready she told me the right side still isn't connected but give it some time to let the adhesive tape to dry in the heat of the suns rays. I said fine. When I saw the car I saw where the techs chiped some paint of the kit. I wasnt that mad because it wasnt noticeable unless you get up close to it. So 2 weeks passed it looked the same as it did when I had it looked at the 1st time.

Now I took back how I felt about the chip paint on the kit and disappointed the kits lip isnt perfect due the money I spent for it. Well I called her again told her about it. Sshe told me she will purchase a new front lip. Which was cool. Set up new appointment to bring it in again. After have the car serviced she calls me to say my car is ready, and it looked the same way. Told me to wait until the adhesive to dry completely. What I want to know is how come the right side looks perfect but the left side of the kit is making the problem.

Well when I go to pick my car up the salesmen I bought my car from took a look at it and said it was unacceptable. He said he will talk to the serv mgr for me the next day about it.

Anyone have any ideas why its doing this? I hate driving 20 miles to the dealership

continuation: When the dealership reinstalled my lip they ended up scratching the actual cars paint, disappointed at that. I've had my car for a week and the lip hasnt snugged tightly on the right. It is sad when the dealerships do the job poorly, but when you buy the car for the first time, everyone at the dealership is trying to make sure the car is perfect, no scratches, stains, etc.. After you buy the car then want to get accessories added they do crappy job, because they got your money for the car. Should I go baCk this will be my 3rd time. What should I tell them so my kit in the front is snugged tightly?

im not sure what adhesive the are using that needs to dry. i installed mine and all the lip comes with is 3m double sided tape. 3m tape does not need time to dry. before i installed mine i added extra 3m tape to the areas were other people on theis forum had gaps. when i installed mine i had absolutely no fitment issues. tell the dealer to use only 3m tape and make sure the put it on the problem areas. tell them NOT to use any adhesives. :gheywave:
