A fair amount of popped up in NY also, I think a lot of the 07's are starting to come off lease. I paid 32,500 for my Type S last Nov, it had 2 miles on it so keep looking around, you'll find a deal IMHO.

Yeah, I started out looking at the S, but everywhere I went they were just too high, in the 30s for low miles. Just sucked it up and with with a base for 24 grand. I was very surprised how expensive they were, maybe it is the 4th gen pushing the value up?

I just did a quick search with a 300 mile radius around my city on yahoo autos. 3 Type S showed up, all 08s. All over 30 grand.
