Smoked the shit out of a modded RSX

So this RSX starts revving on me on Geary downtown, and my buddies all moved out of the way for me to go up against him. Smoked the shit out of him from a dig and a roll, including giving him a running start. After getting pissed that he was embarrassed in front of the girl in his car, he got on my bumper pretty badly for several blocks but wouldn't line up next to me until he got a G35 on HIS ass. Destroyed him a couple more times until I turned off to take a friend visiting from Canada to the Legion of Honour. This morning as I'm driving, I see the same RSX getting an oil change at this shop I know. Probably thought his oil was why I pulled him through the turns and the straights like he was driving through mud. Stupid HK dude...

~Cheers~

P.S. On my way home, I saw this modded CD5 Accord that I used to stomp on whenever we ran into each other and he was pulled over with the cop standing with his doors opened. Probably got pulled over for his Altezzas. Another stupid HK guy...

Don't worry about the HK thing, my family is from HK and VN, too! It's just that he was one of the stereotypical ones that think stickers add power, especially Ultraman ones, haha.

I was dead even with a nicely modded RSX-S until I hit my 100MPH wall on my old motor. By the time I got to 110, he was at 120. Besides, do any of those cars trap that high? Do I even trap that high? No. Keep in mind my car's specs, too. No electronics, all emissions equipment in place, passes smog with less emissions than some new cars. Stock fuel, ECU, one blown to hell shock and three worn ones, original drivetrain with 248,600 miles on it and tires so bald that other forum members thought were slicks, haha. Also, a D4 that shifts whenever the hell it feels like it and starts me out in 3rd gear.

~Cheers~

^ Haha, it's a 7mm longer stroke version of the C32A, bringing displacement up to 3.5L. This motor was offered in the 3.5RL from 96-04. The differences between the earlier C35s and the 02-04 ones which had more power were only in the exhaust system and fuel maps. I converted this motor from OBDIIb to OBDIIa so I could run the C32A6 ECU, which I feel has better maps anyhow, but I haven't compared them side by side because there are no ECU tuning options for us and no one has base maps. That and the usual: full exhaust from Y-pipe back (no headers), and an intake.

Of course! K24 bottom end with a K20 head is the new CR-VTEC! If I was still messing with 4 bangers, that'd be the route I'd go, haha. That and boost, .
