smoked reverse lights

anyone done it on an SSM, ASM or WDP? interested to see how it would look on a lighter colored car. Thanks.

I always wondered what it would look like to, instead of blacking out things, to do just the opposite.

Clear out/white out EVERYTHING. White rims, swap out all the chrome and black trim, and clear our all the lights. Even go with a reflective tint. THAT would definitely stand out.

White out would look cheap and tacky imo.

Not a light colored car but smoked reverse lights on some wack ass NBP:

How did you smoke them?

Are you saying smoked reverse lights would look tacky on WDP?

^ those lights on a SSM would look so good. I was asking if anyone had pictures of this before but people just posted pics of the tails with black overlay. how did he/she do that? More pics please

Oh no no, I was replying to the post above me that said to white out everythings compared to black out/murder everything and thanks

I just used vinyl to smoke it, I think it was 35%?

You can try this stuff called Night Shades by VHT. Its similar to a liquid tint. If you try this you will need to get some clear coat also. I've used many times but it comes out flat.
