So I was coming back from the shore last night when this black MS3 is on my ass in the left lane. He had an LED bar near the front intercooler which he proceeded to turn on and it flashed back and forth like he was knight rider Anyway I move over to the middle lane but downshift to 3rd at 70 knowing he was going to gun it when he got next to me. He gets next to me and guns it as him and his passenger are smiling looking at me. I waited till he got 1/2 car ahead and I proceeded to do the same. I immediately stopped his pull and started putting multiple lengths on him. I stopped at around 125 mph with the MS3 several cars back. The guy in the MS3 and his passenger weren't smiling (nor would they look over now). The MS3 had at least an exhaust...dont know what else. I had the top down and a passenger as well.

 

No way?? The MS3 didn't pull on you after 100mph...

That's impossible, the MS3 is a HIGHWAY DEMON ... you need 140mph trap to beat these things!

 

You only won because of the MS3's boost cut in 3rd otherwise it would've smoked its tires in 3rd (especially since it was modded) and pulled on you like a "demon"

 

That was a Mazda3, not a Mazdaspeed3.

BTW, I dont know why the MS3 was so hyped up. I really wasnt impressed by its "demon like power from a roll." I think I could have started in 4th and still have smoked him. Seeing the smiles wipe off their face made it worth the gas though.

Honestly, I wasnt going to even post up this kill, but that one guy on these forums mazdaspeedgod or whatever made it seem as if these things are the fastest things around. They certainly are not as i've personally witnessed.

Nope. Vette still would've won because without the boost cut the MS3 would've literally burned its tires right off the rims in 3rd. I've seen it happen.

Good thing the MS3 didn't have it in 6th gear, I heard it pulls even harder than 5th, even tho it's more than likely an overdrive gear.
