My car is 2006TL with Nav.
Something happened to me today. I got into my car like any other day when i tried to start my car, it took more than 3 seconds. This happened twice since i bought the car. Did this happened to any you guys? Do you guys think, it will cause a problem down the road... It got me a little worried.

Please let me know your opinions or this.. thank you in advance.

 

do a search.. has been discussed a lot. ULEV .. computer adjusting for emmissions at start up.. i've had starts like this as have many many many others.. welcome to the 3G TL!!!! not to worry

^^ What blkynpanman said about the computer adjusting the emissions is explained in the manual. I don't recall the page number or section but it is there somewhere.

 

Happened to me a couple times, but I remember seeing it in the manual. So I guess we shouldn't worry!

Doesn't sound nice to other people when my brand new TL takes that long to turn over though. oh well!
