slight "jerk" from park to reverse?

slight "jerk" from park to reverse?
I don't get a smooth transition from park to reverse. However, it is smooth from reverse to drive, and the shifts during my drive are virtually unnoticeable . Should I worry about this isolated "jerky" movement?

Again, I like to define your situation. When/what kind situation do you feel that? Slope?
Do you know FWD tranny sometimes easily gets some clank (metal-like) noise when u shift into "R" gear?
