So i've been looking at the 05 TLs... are there any differences from the 05s and the 04s as far as the interior size? To me it just seems like the 04TL is so small in the back seat. Can anyone comment on this and if the 05 is a lil bigger in the back?

Also are there any rumors about a 06TL and potential body changes to the TL?

04 vs. 05 interior size is the same. Maybe you are looking at diff. colors. Your impression because of the interior maybe different.

What do you mean Mark? Are you talking about whatever color you go with may make or appear the int. to be bigger?

 

I can understand that. I would say that possibly lighter colors may make the back seat area seem bigger.

 

Same vehicle, a few difference. IE, you need to be realtivly large to make butt prints, there is an addition passenger airbag sensor, along with a light telling when the passenger airbag is disconnected, and there are less rattles. worth the 800 more IMO.(dealers around here drop previous years 800)

 

Exactly, the lighter the interior, the bigger it will appear.

If you looked at an 04 in a darker color than the 05, it would hold true.

have to agree with you dude, i didn't want to say anything cause the kid is only 15. but alot of his posts just ramble on about all sorts of things. i have ignored his comments for the most part but dude he posts ALOT.

In this thread ac2001cls obviously would know the apparent differences of sensors and shit...he is asking if there is any dimension difference...where did the 800 $ and all the other crap you wrote come from ?

This guy didnt know the size difference so I thought it was on topic to point out th miner differences between the 04 and 05. IE thats no different but these 3 things are...

 

You thought wrong. There is no correlation between looking bigger and a post about other differences.

dude.... how many times do we need to explain this... you dont need to be big to make butt prints.... infact, the wider your ass the less chance of butt prints... im skinny as hell 6'5 and between 145-150 and i have a sharp ass, my butt prints are horrendous!

 

well for 6'5" thats nothing, but its concentrated weight. Im saying the average 5'10" frame, someone of a normal weight(which in the US is now liek 350, so someone around 150-160) shouldnt be making butt prints. If someone asks, its custom . Lets not PW and keep this thread on topic.
