What’s anyone doing with the universal lip kit/splitter setups? Anyone using something that works but also isn’t a cheap looking piece of plastic? Not trying to spend too much money but just seeing what’s out there that has been used and works since the full kits are but a pipe dream these days. Looking at something similar to this.
I hear ya man. Been trying to find one in WDP for the last several months. Nothing in my neck of the woods. Saw the one on eBay for $800, but a little bit pricey. Might have to buy a Type-S at this point, but even those are hard to find here in CO.
Thanks. Those look good on a fully kitted TL. Not sure how those would look on a base. I’d prefer to get the full OEM kit that has since been discontinued now but was trying to find a way to spruce up the base on a budget until I could find a full kit, hence cheap eBay lip. Lol. Maybe just not even deal with the hassle and continue my search. I don’t mind piecing an OEM kit together than spray it WDP. It’s just hard to find anything in my parts.
Front Type S lip still available for purchase in WDP or NBP, and no they don't cost $800. Go to your local Acura dealer and have them order it, around $330 after tax.
Side and rear are different story, any 04-08 Side Aspec will work. The rear are only exclusive to Type S (If you own a Type S) and price are ridiculous for used part, I had seen a used one sold for $850 - $1100.

Yes front still available, whoever work at your dealer are a lazy ass. Dealer do not stock these item therefore they need to order it, if they still giving you shit. Order from here.
