Sideview Mirrors & Auto Dim Light Problem

1. A few days ago I lost that ability to automatically move either of my sideview mirrors up or out, but I can move them in and down. Also, the automatic "tilt in reverse" stopped working as well. Yes the sideview mirror switch was moved to the left and right while in reverse and still nothing. I also manually pushed the sideview mirrors all the way out "To Reset Memory" on the advise of the dealer, but still no change.

2. Just about the same time, my Auto Dim Light, in the rearview mirror, went out. When pressing the AUTO button on the rearview mirror, the light will not come back on and it is evident that the rearview mirror no longer dims to bright lights from behind.

Has anyone else had the above issues? It appears that it might be a blown fuse..? I performed a search on both issues and found no answer.

Any help would be appreciated.

It definetely sounds like a blown fuse if both are out at the same time.

Exactly the same thing on another post

Take a look:

Sounds like this may become an issue in the cold??!?

Anyone else seeing this?

Hmmm...

Thanks for the link that I was unable to find. I'm having the EXACT same issues as the others, even with the windshield washer not spraying. It was actually down in the 20's here in Dallas when this started. The others stated that it started with them when the temperature fell below freezing. How would a freeze cause this? It is now in the 60's and still having the same issues....

I'll link this thread to the previous post. Thx.
